We have a commercial tool-room with
sophisticated machinery that provides
the moulds, press tools,
pressure die-casting dies, jigs & fixtures
etc. that we use across our versatile facilities.
Sheet Metal Press Shop
Our Press Shop caters to all divisions within Zenith, providing components
for the variety of products we manufacture, apart from other precision components such as automobile and electrical components we supply
to our customers.
Plastic Moulding Shop
The Plastic Injection Moulding section has machines manufactured by some of the best companies in the world like Ferromatics Milacron and Electronica.
Aluminium Die Casting
Our Die-Casting unit reduces development turn-around times for designs that have combinations with sheet metal and plastic.
Sheet Metal Press Shop
Our Press Shop caters to all divisions within Zenith, providing components
for the variety of products we manufacture, apart from other precision components such as automobile and electrical components we supply
to our customers.
Plating Unit
To embellish sheet metal and plastic components in a variety of finishes.
Powder Coating Booths
Extreme care is taken to get the finish of our products right. The booths are supported by high-volume treatment tanks and heating chanbers.
Soft Luggage Manufacturing
We undertake soft luggage manufacturing across a variety of product lines.
